Ingredients:
1 cup Peanuts
1/2 Onion diced
1 Tomato diced
upto 1/4 cup Cilantro diced
1/2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Green chillies to taste
Lemon / Lime to taste
Optional:
Rock salt / Pink Himalayan salt
Chaat masala
Peanut bhel is the perfect accompaniment to chai. It is filling, tasty and easy to make. Always a hit with friends.

Method:
Warm a pan, add oil and add peanuts
Add peanuts on medium heat. Stir and roast until peanuts are light brown.
Turn off heat and let it cool for 5 mins
In a separate bowl mix onion, tomato, green chillies, salt, lemon , cilantro rock salt & chaat masala
Add cooled down peanuts and mix well
Peanut bhel is ready!
